Harrisburg, Pa. – Brent Will, a long-baller from Deer Run Golf Club, played two rounds of solid golf to claim a two stroke victory in the Allegheny Health Network 75th George Dressler Public Links Championship hosted by Colonial Golf & Tennis Club. Will posted the clubhouse lead early during the first round with a 3-under 69, which featured six birdies against three bogeys. In round two, he was going along in similar fashion and enjoyed a nice four-shot cushion before a hiccup on the par 3, 17th where he found the water hazard and carded a triple-bogey that cut his lead to just one over Easton Renwick, the eventual Runner-Up from Punxsutawney Country Club. Will was able to make a routine par on the par 4, 18th and secure the win as Renwick made bogey.
Adams wins Senior Public Links
Greg Adams claimed the Senior Public Links Championship
Greg Adams fired a blistering 6-under 66 in the first round to distance himself from the rest of the Senior division and was able to put it in cruise control in the final round, en route to a 3-over 75 and a nine-shot victory. Tom Fleig, Colonial Golf & Tennis Club, finished Runner-Up with rounds of 76-74 and a 150 total.

Hollidaysburg, Pa. – Patience was paramount on day two of the Allegheny Health Network 9th Senior Match Play Championship that featured three weather delays at Scotch Valley Country Club, near Altoona. Joe Lefavor, Sunnehanna Country Club, met Paul Schlachter, The Club at Nevillewood, in the final match where he used two clutch birdies on holes 15 and 16 to help secure the win. The final match, which took nearly six hours to complete due to lengthy lightning delays, was a true battle of patience and focus.
DeNezza dazzles to win Super-Senior

Dave DeNezza, Hannastown Golf Club, defeated Don Lamb, St. Clair Country Club, 6&5 to stake claim to another state title for DeNezza and Hannastown. DeNezza notched victories on the first five holes and made the turn 6-up over Lamb. From there, it was a matter of time, as the two exchanged halves until the match was closed.
Hornberger and Dornes Capture Four-Ball Title
INDIANA, Pa. - It was a tale of two holes down the stretch at the 26th Four-Ball Championship at Indiana Country Club, presented by Allegheny Health Network. The team of Craig Hornberger and J.D. Dornes went into the par-3 15th hole tied at 12-under with the first round leaders, Grant Engel and Thomas Steve. But Dornes rolled in a 12-foot birdie putt while Engel and Steve bogeyed the hole for a huge two-shot swing. Then, with the lead at just one shot headed to the par-5 18th hole, Hornberger came through with the shot of the day, blasting a 3-wood from 260 yards to eight feet, where he made the eagle putt to clinch the victory for the duo from Lancaster with a 36-hole score of 127 (-15).
Mayne and Weaver Win Senior Four-Ball in Playoff;
Ruby/McGuire Repeat as Super-Senior Champs

YORK, Pa. — Scott Mayne and Ron Weaver emerged from a three-team playoff to capture the championship in the 23rd Pennsylvania Senior Four-Ball Championship, presented by Allegheny Health Network. With the event shortened to 18 holes due to inclement weather in the area, Monday's opening round was suspended and play was completed today at the historic Country Club of York. At the end of the 18-hole competition, three teams were tied for the lead at -4: Mayne (Hershey CC)/Weaver (Bent Creek CC), Rich Thon (Springhaven)/Andrew Harmer (Springhaven) and Thomas Bartolacci, Jr. (Saucon Valley CC)/Roc Irey (Lookaway GC). After Thon and Harmer bogeyed the second playoff hole, it was down to two teams for the championship, and on the fifth playoff hole (the par 3 17th), Weaver tapped in for par while Irey and Bartolacci couldn't convert their par chances.

HERSHEY, Pa. - Walker Kirk and Kaitlyn Lees entered the second round of the Pennsylvania Junior Championship in completely different positions. Lees had a three-shot lead after 18 holes at Hershey Country Club's East Course, while Kirk struggled to a first round score of 75 and was five shots off the pace. But by the end of the 36-hole championship, the two were in the same position as champion of their respective divisions at the event, which was presented by Allegheny Health Network.

Smith Outlasts Cutrell to Win Sigel Match Play
INDIANA, Pa. - In an epic finale between two previous champions that went 24 holes, Nathan Smith topped Arnie Cutrell to win the 12th R. Jay Sigel Match Play, presented by Allegheny Health Network, at Indiana Country Club.
McNeils Claim Father-Son at White Manor
MALVERN, Pa. - Beginning the second round of the 6th Pennsylvania Father-Son Championship at White Manor Country Club, Scott McNeil and John McNeil had a two-shot lead on the rest of the field. But after each player hit his tee shot into the weeds, the lead looked like it could evaporate quickly. A pair of second shots didn't instill much more confidence, as only one player got it near the green. However, in the first sign that it might have been their day, Scott McNeil chipped in for birdie to extend the lead. From there, the duo hung on, carding a 69 on the day and a 36-hole score of 136 (-6) in the Chapman format to win the championship, which was presented by Allegheny Health Network.
West Shore Duo Wins Senior Division of Father-Son
MALVERN, Pa. - The West Shore Country Club duo of Scott Christie and Kevin Christie hung on to win the Senior division of the 6th Pennsylvania Father-Son Championship, presented by Allegheny Health Network. The duo shot a Chapman score of 2-over par 144 over 36 holes at White Manor Country Club to top the team of Gui Costin and Jarrett Kling by a single shot. In the Chapman format used, both players tee off. After that, each hits the other's ball for their second shot. From there, the two players choose one ball to play and then alternate shots until the ball is in the hole.
Becks Best Field in Father-Son Junior
MALVERN, Pa. - Lehigh Country Club's Bob Beck and Bobby Beck shot a blistering 136 (-6) over 36 holes in a Chapman format to breeze to a win in the Junior division of the 6th Pennsylvania Father-Son Championship, presented by Allegheny Health Network. The Becks won the championship by 11 strokes over two days of competition at White Manor Country Club for the junior division, in which the son has to be age 17 and under.
Logue Goes Wire to Wire for Amateur Victory

CLARKS SUMMIT, Pa. - Isaiah Logue started the third and final round of the 102nd Pennsylvania Amateur Championship today with a two-shot lead over PJ Acierno and a three-shot lead over Chad Warmbein. Fast forward to about an hour into the round. Warmbein posted two birdies and an eagle in the first four holes to vault into a share of the lead. But Logue was able to bear down and wait out the competition, posting a pair of clutch birdies down the stretch to claim the championship, presented by Allegheny Health Network, with a 54-hole total of 207 (-6) at the Country Club of Scranton. Logue's wire to wire victory represented his first Pennsylvania Golf Association major championship.
Graciano Captures First Senior Amateur
VERONA, Pa. - For Perry Graciano, the 56th Pennsylvania Amateur Championship presented by Allegheny Health Network at the Longue Vue Club was a homecoming of sorts. The 58-year old from Edgewood Country Club made it a memorable one by capturing the Senior division championship with a 36-hole total of 141 (+1).
DeNezza Claims Super-Senior Title in Playoff
VERONA, Pa. - With some of the top names in the Pennsylvania Golf Association's Super-Senior ranks near the top of the leaderboard heading into Tuesday's second round, it was sure to be an exciting finish in the Super-Senior division of the 56th Senior Amateur Championship, presented by Allegheny Health Network. Exciting it was, as Dave DeNezza won in a playoff over Lee Lykens and Joe Ruby to claim the title at the Longue Vue Club.

SPRINGFIELD, Pa. - Billy Stewart, a professional from the nearby ACE Club, withstood a barrage of pressure from an amateur and a pair of professionals alike to win the 99th edition of the Allegheny Health Network Pennsylvania Open Championship at Rolling Green Golf Club.
McNeil Claims 22nd Middle-Amateur Crown
SHAVERTOWN, Pa. - After 35 holes at the challenging Huntsville Golf Club, Scott McNeil and Zach Fischl were tied at 5-under par. With a two-stroke cushion between them and third place Arnie Cutrell, it was likely that the championship would come down to those two golfers. McNeil hit his approach to about 20 feet below the hole, while Fischl missed to the short side left of the green. After Fischl chipped up to about five feet, McNeil just missed his birdie try. But after Fischl's par putt just burned the edge, McNeil's par was good enough to claim the victory in the 22nd Pennsylvania Middle-Amateur Championship, presented by Allegheny Health Network. The par gave McNeil a second round score of 72 and a two-round total of 139 (5-under) for the championship.

ORWIGSBURG, Pa. - Arnold Cutrell, Greensburg Country Club, overcame a three shot deficit to successfully defend his title at the 11th Art Wall, Jr. Memorial Championship hosted by Schuylkill Country Club. Cutrell shot rounds of 72-70 for a tournament best 2-under 142 total. Tom Timby, The Bucks Club, held the overnight lead with a first round 3-under 69, but finished the event at even-par 144 and claimed runner-up honors. Ryan Gelrod, Philadelphia Cricket Club, and Michael Brown, Jr., Philadelphia Publinks, finished tied for third at +2, 146. The event was sponsored by the Allegheny Health Network.

Bob Beck, Lehigh Country Club, claimed the hardware in the Senior division by one stroke over David West, Whitford Country Club. Beck finished the tournament at +4, 148 after carding rounds of 72-76. Scott Mayne, Deer Run Golf Club, and Michael Vassil, Country Club of Scranton, tied for third at +8, 152.
DeNezza crusies to Super-Senior crown

Dave DeNezza, Hannastown Golf Club, completed the sweep of 2015 Pennsylvania Super-Senior division championships. In May, DeNezza won the Super-Senior Match Play by defeating Don Lamb, St. Clair Country Club, in the final match at Scotch Valley Country Club in Hollidaysburg, Pa. In August, he outlasted Lee Lykens, Indiana Country Club, and Joe Ruby, Nemacolin Woodlands, in a four hole playoff at the Senior Amateur hosted by Longue Vue Club in Verona, Pa. That set the stage for the final event on the calendar at Schuylkill Country Club. DeNezza shot even-par 144 for the tournament, with rounds of 70-74 and won in style, finishing ten shots clear of runner-up Lee Lykens.
Nathan Smith named Fownes Player of the Year
BROOMALL, Pa. – Nathan Smith claimed his fourth William C. Fownes, Jr. Amateur Player of the Year honor for his performance during the 2015 season. Smith, a native of Pittsburgh and member at both Pinecrest Country Club and Wildwood Golf Club, tallied 817 points to outpace the 2014 Player of the Year, Arnold Cutrell of Greensburg Country Club, by 167 points.
Tom Bartolacci takes Senior Player of the Year
BROOMALL, Pa. – Tom Bartolacci, Jr, of Saucon Valley Country Club, earned his second William C. Fownes, Jr. Senior Amateur Player of the Year award with a steady 2015 campaign. Bartolacci amassed 360 points for the year, and squeaked by Edgewood Country Club's Perry Graciano by just 10 points. Bartolacci’s last Senior POY award came in 2009, another year in which Nathan Smith captured the Amateur POY as he did in 2015. Although he did not win an event, he came extremely close in several.
