Women's Four-Ball Championship Set for Radley Run

Radley Run Country Club in West Chester awaits a very talented field when the fourth edition of the Pennsylvania Golf Association’s (PAGA) Women’s Four Ball Championship commences June 10-11.  The two-day, 36-hole event will crown champions in the Amateur and Senior divisions featuring 36 women beginning with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. on Monday.

In the Amateur Division, last year’s PAGA Girls’ Junior champion Ava O’Sullivan (Applecross Country Club), now a member of the golf team at Bowling Green University, will team up with the highly decorated Isabella Dilisio of Philadelphia Cricket Club. Dilisio was part of the winning team in the inagural PA Women's Four-Ball in 2020 and Runner-up in the 2021 PA Women's Amateur

They will be challenged by several collegiate performers including Brooke Graham who recently finished third in this Spring’s Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference championships as a member of Kutztown University’s team and Emilee Barkley (Moselem Springs Golf Club) who plays at West Chester University. In addition, Mary Dunigan (Kennett Square Golf & Country Club), a recent Delaware transfer and the 2022 PAGA Girls’ Junior champion will pair with Stefania Fedun (French Creek Golf Club), who plays at Lehigh University.

Clare Gimpel (Whitemarsh Valley Country Club) who plays at Florida Southern will team up with her sister, Emily Gimpel (Manufacturers’ Golf and Country Club), a former player for the University of Maryland.

Jocelyn Abel (Regents’ Glen Country Club) and Molly Gorman (Wyoming Valley Country Club), who won the title in 2021 and finished in a tie for second place in the event last season with Barkley and Graham add more depth to a very good Amateur field.

In the Senior Division, Delia Keys (Moselem Springs Golf Club) and Lisa Klein (Rivercrest Golf Club & Preserve), the 2023 Senior Champions will head the field.  They will also be joined by a few stellar teams including Karen Siegel (Commonwealth National Golf Club), the 2023 PAGA Senior Player of the Year, who is teamed with Alexandra Frazier (Gulph Mills Golf Club), PAGA’s 2023 Super Senior Player of the Year. Both players also won their respective divisions amateur individual titles a year ago.

The tournament is sponsored by Dick’s Sporting Goods.
