Gregor Meyer Leads at PA Amateur

Pittsburgh, PA-  The 110^th Pennsylvania Amateur hosted by The Pittsburgh Field Club and presented by Dick’s Sporting Goods is set up for and exciting finish.  Day two finished with Gregor Meyer atop a crowded leaderboard.  Meyer, a redshirt-senior at High Point University, is the only player with two sub-70 rounds.  Meyer’s 5-underpar total holds a one-shot lead over 5 player tied for second.  That pack includes Sigel Champ Karl Frisk, Penn State’s Jimmy Meyers, Longue Vue members Tanner Grzegorczk and Kevin Koerbel and 4-time US Mid-Am Champion Nathan Smith.  A total of 18 players are within 5-shots of the lead.

Play will get underway at 7:30am on Wednesday. The final pairing will start at 10:30.
